Out of market channel

If I purchase CBS ALL ACCESS, can I watch a Local CBS channel in Florida?

I just checked on one of my Rokus, and yes I can see my local channel. But you don't get to select what station it is. For me, I get the Seattle station, and there's no option for Portland or Spokane.
