Optimum login error message

When I attempt to log in to a channel on Roku I’m prompted to activate through my cable provider. When I do this I get an error message that reads

“Optimum Login Service - Uncaught exception”

My optimum account is in good standing. I can’t not view any locked episodes on the Roku

Thanks for the inquiry.

What channel are you trying to authenticate with your Optimum cable service?

I'd recommend reaching out to the channel provider directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform is developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist.
