Help & troubleshooting for channels on your Roku device, including adding/removing channels, logging in to, authenticating, or activating a channel, channel-specific playback issues, assistance contacting channel publishers to report issues, and adjusting channel-specific settings.
I had to reset my Roku because it was acting up after a power outage. I logged into my account and added all my old channels. I currently have a subscription with Disney+ through Roku, however when I open the Disney+ channel it is asking me to log in. My email associated with Roku doesn’t work and I did not use any other email. Not sure what to do!
Check the email address that shows up under Settings->System->About on your Roku. Then use that email address to log in at https://my.roku.com and check your subscriptions. If none are shown then there's a problem. If it is shown, you may have to contact Roku: https://support.roku.com/contactus
You can also try restarting your Roku and checking for updates from Settings->System->System update just to see if it helps.

Hey thanks for the response! The email address is shown, and I still have an active subscription. Since the reset I had to re log into all my other channels I have a subscription with, though not through Roku. I was able to log in with my standard email and password with Netflix, amazon etc. Disney+ is the only channel I subscribed with through Roku - Disney+ is asking me to log in again since the reset and the email address isn’t working. Is there someway to reactivate it through Roku?
