For more information about that channel's functionality, you'll want to contact PBS Kids support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

I too am having this issue now.  PBS kid’s isn’t working anymore on my Roku and I’ve updated repeatedly etc.  Maybe Roku could form a partnership with PBS kids to fix the issue Together since this is the only free well known premier kids channel out there which is a non-profit.  Sadly the Apple TV I have downstairs is starting to be a better fit for my family vs my Roku.
