One tv using roku

I keep getting messages that I have more than one system hooked up and to cancel this or other system. I only have one connection

Where are you getting this message from?  It sounds like it is coming from a content provider that only allows one stream at a time and someone else has your password.  (The other system doesn't have to be a Roku, or in your home etc.)
