Yes, I have a Roku express and the posted "fix" by Roku does not fix the issue. I can't load any channel except Netflix. For some reason that one works.

I have a Roku express + and the posted "fix" by Roku does not fix my issue. I can't load any channel except Netflix. For some reason that one works, all other channels state: channel could not be run because it could not be reinstalled from the network.

The only channel that works is Netflix, problem started about a week ago.
When I check for updates, it states all software is up to date.
As of this morning 9/26/21 this issues is showing up again on some of my roku sticks. All have up to date software.
It has been over 2 weeks since I have been only able to use Netflix. I have tried all of your suggested "fixes", and none of them work. This is happening on all 3 of my devices. I don't want to hear "give us your Roku info so we can look into it", I want to hear when is this going to be fixed. This is beyond ridiculous.

Cannot open ESPN, Disney+, YouTube, YouTube TV, Amazon Prime.....
The whole "Can't View Channel"....
Netflix will open though? The channels work on a different TV in the house.

I'm having the same issue on my Roku TVs.

TCL Model: 50S423
Software Version: 10.0.0 Build 4209-30
Won't load multiple paid channels. I've adjusted the theme, screensaver, and run updates. Can't remove channels.

I didn't run the update intentionally to see if the problem existed on this build. I can play channels but I can't add or remove them.
This is clearly a software problem. Thankfully, both are under warranty.
Tested factory reset through my Roku TV. The problem worsens. I can't add any channels. Not through the device or the Channel Store. The latter says installed but it doesn't. This is literally unusable.

Same, Last resort, I defaulted and now have a persistent purple screen with just the word roku and a date. It' won't activate or send email. Internet is fine. Spent 3 hours of my day farting around with this thing. I'm done.
That's understandable. My sets are under warranty and I'm contemplating getting something else. If the system goes down they're unusable and that's serious. I may opt for a smart TV instead.
