H knuckle, thanks for that info. I'll have to print it out and keep it close to my viewing chair -- or tape it to be back of the remote.

I was a very happy Roku customer for several months, particularly for the access to the International channels (through Nowhere and others). Now, not so much.

Some channels never worked very well at all... I was really excited about Hubblecast HD, until I had repeated problems with the channel just dying on me, usually at some interesting point. And if there's anything that should be viewed in HD, that's the one.

Thanks for adding WWL (CBS) - Channel 4 (New Orleans) to the "Local" section.

Would it be possible to add another New Orleans channel to the "Local" lineup?

The problem with Channel 4 is that it is "hit-n-miss." Some days they have good coverage...Other days they may have just one segment. I think Channel 26's coverage would be much more thorough.

Yes, but their feeds are a little goofy and require a minor update to the channel, so pop into the channel store to make sure you have the latest and greatest.

I'm enjoying your work on creating Nowhere tv. Thanks for putting these together in one place. I'd like to see at least one Iowa channel available as I spend a lot of time out of state. It would be awesome to have the video from a local channel or two. Here's a link to WHO TV in Des Moines. NBC affiliate ch 13.

As long as people are using this as a "wish list," I'd like to suggest adding more channels from South America in general, and Brazil in particular.

Still having very little luck with watching France 24, and other channels, despite some fairly boilerplate suggestions from Roku.

Is there a way to filter out inside the Roku only the channels that I want to see inside of Nowhere TV? Sorry if it's a stupid question. I just put this on and have literally had the Roku for about 2 hours.

Is there a way to tie in the On The Verge Show from http://www.theverge.com as well as the engadget show that already is there?

Well, I've wasted a lot of time on "voodoo" suggestions from Roku's support. And the damn thing still doesn't work on a lot of channels. Channels, by the way, that I can watch just fine on my computer... via a wireless connection (the Roku is wired.)

The last straw was the "factory reset" nonsense. Of course it had ZERO effect, other than to waste a ton of my time (which is why I'm still up at this hour.

I'm becoming very very dissatisfied with Roku.

If it doesn't work "on a lot of channels", the issues are very, very likely with your internet connection, perhaps in your own setup, perhaps upstream. This is doubly true if you're connected with a wire.

You should probably start a new thread if you'd like folks to help you with your problem - people aren't going it see it buried in an unrelated topic.
