The last straw was the "factory reset" nonsense. Of course it had ZERO effect, other than to waste a ton of my time (which is why I'm still up at this hour.
I'm becoming very very dissatisfied with Roku.
If it doesn't work "on a lot of channels", the issues are very, very likely with your internet connection, perhaps in your own setup, perhaps upstream. This is doubly true if you're connected with a wire.
You should probably start a new thread if you'd like folks to help you with your problem - people aren't going it see it buried in an unrelated topic.
