Re: A Couple New Channels with More to Come

nowhereman - Nice setup. I liked the recently added to netflix tracker, but this is even better. Not sure if its been talked about but what about a recently added netflix tracker channell (or subchannel) to pod tv? Thanks for your hard work.

it has been mentioned. rumor is that the next version of the official netflix channel will have search/add capabilities, so i'd rather not spend my energy duplicating that effort.

Could you add a soundtrack sub-channel to internet radio? there are some good ones on shoutcast that are mp3. Radio Rivendell, Cinemix, Secret Agent etc.

Perhaps an Ambient sub-channel as well. Groove Salad is a great channel.
And Some Blues too please.
I'll donate again Smiley Happy

can do

Thanks for the fast addition. Was Radio Rivendell not able stream?

Please add CNET Loaded to the CNET channel. Thank you.

Loaded (and the other omitted CNET shows) do not work with the box

Sorry about that. Loaded worked 100% in Mediafly.

worked in the mediafly channel on the box? do you know what podcast feed it was pulling from? i've tried both loaded feeds listed on http://www.cnet.com/podcasts/ with no luck.

Update: Thanks for bringing this to my attention! As it turns out, the problem is that the box does not follow HTTP redirects. Loaded is now available in the CNET section!

Which date? Were they the 3-10 shows? I tried them shortly after midnight. Then 3-9 shows played fine for me.

Well, they're working now. I think maybe I was too early and the feeds were incomplete or something. Don't know. Apparently a problem at the server end and not with Pod TV.

P.S. Does anyone know why one night the interleave loop at 14 min problem occurs and other days the stream plays fine?

Re: A Couple New Channels with More to Come

Cool, cool stuff. Thanks for all of the hard work!

Any chance for a Video Sermons channel? (Or if that's too broad, a Christian Video channel). I'd start it off with two excellent video sermon podcasts:
LifeChurch.tv: http://feeds.lifechurch.tv/Lifechurchtv ... eriesvideo
Mars Hill: http://rss.marshillchurch.org/mhcsermonvideo

Thanks (whether or not you can do it)!

NWM: Wanted to put in a plug for adding a "live" (OK, it is time shifted 60+ years <grin>) OTR feed that our family greatly enjoys. Would be very convenient if this could be added to your channel.

Website - http://radio.macinmind.com
MP3 Stream (off their homepage): http://lin2.ash.fast-serv.com:9022/listen.pls

I'll put it in Internet Radio -> Oldies

Thank-you for the quick turnaround. I added your private channel last night and was able to get my fix of OTR comedy shows over the Roku.

Like others have mentioned, having so much content on one channel makes navigation a bit harder... but given the choice of no content or an abundance of content, I choose the latter. <grin>

Thanks again for adding so much value to our $99 purchase. When we got the box all that was supported was Netflix streaming, so it is amazing to see all the new channels.
