Now tv not working

My now tv has signed me out and will not let me sign back in, just says ooops there has been an error. My device is the latest version and I have deleted now tv, restarted and reinstalled it without success.

Now tv works on my phone so it isn't an issue with them, must be the Roku device. Please advise

Thanks for the post.

If you have removed the channel, restarted and added the channel back again and the issue remains unresolved, I'd recommend reaching out to Now TV directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform are developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist. If other channels are working correctly, and you only experience this issue on the Now TV channel (app), that is likely an indication that the issue lies within that particular channel. In these cases, the channel provider will need to investigate the issue in order to help resolve it.
