Having an issue logging into my now app on my brand new roku express which I subscribe to. When I try to login to my account it takes me initially to the password box not the user name. The up arrow doesn’t allow me to put in my username - in addition only certain keys on the onscreen keyboard are highlighted (every second key on the first and third line of the qwerty keyboard)
anyone have any similar issues? I have contacted now however they haven’t replied since I tried the factory reset and system update. Tried all the other usual fixes. Help
Please be noted that Roku doesn't manage channel logins or authentication. That is handled directly by the channel publisher. It's best to reach out to Now TV directly to get the channel going on your Roku. They can resolve the error you are having with the channel login and provide more information about that channel's account authentication functionality.
