Help & troubleshooting for channels on your Roku device, including adding/removing channels, logging in to, authenticating, or activating a channel, channel-specific playback issues, assistance contacting channel publishers to report issues, and adjusting channel-specific settings.
So every app that is on my device keeps kicking me out of it... The only one that stays on is Netflix.. i have tried deleting the apps then putting them back on. I also tried restart and factory reset nothing is working.. at this point i feel like this was the worst 40 bucks I could have spent like what's the point... any answers?
We'd like to gather more information about the issue you're running into. Does the issue only occur on a specific channel or all channels on your Roku device? Are you getting any error messages/codes when you are trying to access Netflix?
For troubleshooting, please try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote, and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.
