Not viewing Disney, Amazon Channel on Channel Store

Hello I have recently purchased a Roku Express 3930MX.

My problem is that I am NOT currently watching channels such as Amazon Video, Disney +, among others, in the Channel Store. How is it possible to view them on my device? Greetings.

Based on your model number suffix, I am assuming you are not located in the US. Most channels are only available in specific countries. Even if that provider is available in your country, that doesn't mean the provider has made it available on Roku devices. If you can't find it in the Channel Store on your device, it's either unavailable in your country or it's not available for your specific device. Since your player is a new model, the second possibility is not the issue, so it has to be a geographical restriction. 

And Roku themselves have no control over where a channel can be used. Only the channel provider can make their channel available in a specific country.
