Non-Fubo access

I have paid for the Fubo TV $70.00 on 12/13 and have not been able to access Fubo since 12/14! My account is said to refresh on 1/13/2021. I need immediate attention on this issue, otherwise I will have to escalate my concerns!

Did you subscribe directly with Fubu, or through Roku?
