Three days ago, shows on Noggin were playing fine. Yesterday and today the message is Sorry, this video is not available. Why is that? I bought this app for Blaze and Paw Patrol. How can my kids watch these shows now?

Hi,
Thanks for letting us know about the issue that you are experiencing.
Is Noggin the only channel that you observe this issue with? It's possible there may be an issue within the channel itself that the service provider will need to investigate.
Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.
If the issue remains unresolved, I'd recommend reaching out to Noggin support directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform is developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist.
Thanks,
Danny
Roku for the most part worked fine for 4 months. And then the remote stopped working last week. I changed the batteries. I unplugged, replugged, and reset - still no success. Using my phone as a remote is not a permanent option since I have young children. I ordered a replacement remote. And it's on backorder. Why in the world would a remote fail after just 4 months???
And then this week - Acorn TV, Noggin and Disney videos don't load! Is it a coincidence that these are the 3 paid subscriptions through Roku? Netflix and Prime work fine. Is the best recommendation to delete and reinstall all 3 channels?
Problem solved.
