My new Roku seemed to start up fine. The Roku and Netflix home screens both appeared and sounded normal. When I hover over a show to preview, I can hear the preview, I can see the Home Screen but, I can’t see the preview. When I “play” a show I can hear audio, subtitles and settings show but cannot see actual video/show.
Which Roku model do you have? Can you provide an example of what you’re trying to preview?

Does the issue only occur on Netflix or across other channels installed on your Roku device?
If you haven't tried yet, you can remove the affected channel then re-install it. To ensure the process is successful, make sure to restart your device before adding the channel back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.) > System restart.
