No sound on Peacock Chanel

I am able to get sound on the Hulu app and the Netflix app without any problem. I cannot get any sound on the peacock app. I tried deleting the channel and redownloading it without any resolution.

Best practice when reinstalling a channel is:

  1. Remove the channel.
  2. Reinstall the channel via Settings > System > System restart  (or for Roku tv, Settings > System > Power > System restart)
  3. Install the channel from StreamingbChannels on the Roku homepage.
  4. The channel will be installed at the bottom of the home   page channel grid.  If the channel requires a log in, you'll need to log in again.
