No puedo agregar Roku Channel

En las opciones de canales que ofrece mi dispositivo, no aparece Roku Channel y cuando lo intento agregar desde la página, el cuadro de "agregar canal" sale como ¿bloqueado? Y lo mismo me pasa con muchos canales.

Por qué sucede esto y cómo se puede resolver?

Hi. I have two roku devices at home. One lf them shows me Roku Channel. The second one does not. How can I fix it?

Are they both linked to the same Roku account?  Check the email addresses shown under Settings->System->About.  While you're there, what are the Roku models shown?  Where are you located?
