No picture on Amazon Prime

For the last 2 days I have sound and thumbnails on Amazon Prime, but not picture.  We have removed the channel and re-added.  Have reset the Roku Express back to factory.  No change.

same thing here.  Have unplugged Roku,  router etc.  nothing.  a mystery

Hi everyone,

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.

Does this clear up the issue you are seeing?
