No longer have Verizon how do I change to my new provider

We recently moved and no longe have Verizon but when I tried to go to ABC it still said Verizon and would not give us access. How do we change that??

In the ABC app, at the top, when you go to Account, do you not get a menu on the left with TV Provider as a selection? And does that not have the option to Sign Out?

If not, try removing the app, rebooting the Roku, then reinstalling the app. But do that other first.
