Help & troubleshooting for channels on your Roku device, including adding/removing channels, logging in to, authenticating, or activating a channel, channel-specific playback issues, assistance contacting channel publishers to report issues, and adjusting channel-specific settings.
I've restarted the TV, including having it off all night.
My audio works everywhere else perfectly fine. Netflix, Hulu, etc. But for whatever reason, my audio for YouTube no longer works. It's like the TV is muted but it's not. I've even tried turning volume to max. Nothing is working and it's extremely frustrating.
@herbster1 In order to investigate this issue further, we need help gathering specific details from users experiencing this, which includes a specific example of video content that exhibited this behavior, along with more information about the current settings configuration of your TV, including make/model and the selection of settings in Settings>Audio. This information helps us pass helpful feedback over to the channel provider to assist in looking into this.
This type of issue may need to be addressed by the channel provider, as other channels on your device are working properly. Please feel free to follow up with the channel provider directly to report the issue and request any additional assistance they may be able to provide.
