No antenna channels being found

I recently moved to a new state. I hooked up my antenna here and did the scan. It does not find any channels. I have tried it in numerous places on the walls and in the window. I bought a newer antenna, better than my last. Still nothing. I have tried rebooting my tv twice. I even tried changing my zip code to my new one.

My brand new tv in my bedroom picks up channels just fine. What am I missing?

I am impatient and I'm factory resetting my tv right now.

We need more information.  What is brand and model of TV?  Is this a Roku TV?  Make sure you are searching for antenna channels and not cable channels.

Roku TV TCL 65S4

Software version 10.0.0 build 4209-30

I know I'm searching for antenna. My bedroom tv is a brand new Roku TCL tv and scanned antenna just fine.

Sorry, but it's not a Roku issue.  You'll have to contact TCL.
