We have Newsmax TV app. Always watched live stream. As of today 1/20/2020, we cannot access the live stream only thing available is pre-recorded shows. Had to go to Pluto TV to watch live. What's up with that. I WANT MY NEWSMAX TV LIVE!

We do help pass along feedback from customers to channel providers. However, unfortunately we do not develop, manage, or maintain their channel, content or content delivery systems. A channel provider will need to address this type of issue directly in order to resolve a potential problem with their content. If their service feed is encountering issues across multiple sources, it's likely there is an issue that they'll need to take a look at.
We don't have it either and we live in St. Cloud, Mn. Called twice 7 a.m. and now at 5ish p.m. only to be told it must be our provider which I said is Roku not a cable or satellite. He said he was watching it live on his computer. So no help.....
Newsnax Live does not work here either, seems that as of yesterday Jan 20, the Newmax Live Button has been disabled. I usually watch an hour or so each day on the TV using Roku Ultra but for 2 days now it only allows orior shows. The screen is a bit different, but no success in any combination of buttons gets it Live. I then go to my PC and watch Newsmax Live, so it appears it is the Roku app that has a flaw
@Tony_G Thanks for the notes. As with most channels, the Newsmax channel (app) is developed and maintained by the service provider themselves. If you're experiencing an issue with a channel that isn't occurring on all channels on your device, contacting the channel/service provider directly to report the issue and request additional support is the correct step to take.
I just tested the Newsmax channel myself, and the TV Live feature appears to be working normally.
Are you still seeing this issue? If so, have you tried removing the channel, restarting your Roku device, then adding the channel back once more?
