No Audio on DCUniverse but other apps and channels fine

Tried to reinstall the DC universe app/channel as to there instructions. Problem is I'm not experiencing this in others? Did send further info and also went over my settings to be sure. Since it works off of tv only. Has this happened to anyone else with the same app/channel?

Thanks for letting us know about the issue that you are experiencing.

Try removing the DCUniverse channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the DCUniverse channel back once more. 

If the issue remains unresolved, I'd recommend reaching out to DCUniverse directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform is developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist.
