NewsOn constantly cuts away to ads in the middle of a story, often stops a little into the story and starts over 3-4 times and then gives an error message and either goes to ads or another part of the broadcast altogether. When watching a morning news broadcast, it will jump to the previous night's broadcast for a little bit and then back to the original. Cannot make it through an entire broadcast for the past 3 wks or more.
See if this helps: Settings > Display Type -- set it to your tv's actual resolution rather than Auto.
If that doesn't fix it, have you tried removing and reinstalling the channel? Remove/reinstall procedure:
Highlight channel on home screen.
Press * key and choose Remove channel option.
IMPORTANT- DON'T SKIP: From home screen, Settings > System > System restart. This assures no remnant of the old installation remains in the Roku's memory so you get a complete reinstall. It may or may not make a difference, depending on what's causing your problem, but it's worth doing.
Reinstall the channel. Note it will be added to the END of the channel grid.
If channel requires a login, you may need to log in anew.
