have had for a coule years and went to use on Friday and - error - problem loading app
originally ws just Roku TV now it is all ROKU sticks as well

Hi,
Thanks for letting us know about the issue that you are experiencing.
Try removing the Spectrum channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the Spectrum channel back once more. Does this clear up the issue you are seeing?

Hey Thanks for the reply it was actually an upgrade supposedly Spectrum sent out and I rebooted Modem and router and uninstall and reboot and reinstall on all roku devices- alot of work for a supposed it update if you ask me.
I did the same exact thing you suggested, but I still cannot get the spectrum app to work. every time I select that 'channel' it fails to load! Please help!
