Just got a new Roku ultra. It won’t let me add ANY channel. Wi-Fi connection and everything is good, just says “could not add ‘Netflix’. Error” ??????
Bought and installed Roku Express yesterday. Was able to add channels yesterday today every channel add fails.
This is due to the AWS (Amazon Web Services) being down. Until they are up again, nothing will download. Good news is, if the channel is already downloaded, it will still work. Unfortunately, for people like me who just bought a new device, cannot download the channels until this is resolved.
Roku says some services are working, but I have not found any yet.
