New Location Lost Channels

I have a Roku Ultra and we've recently moved to a new location, which already has a TCL Roku TV -- we tried setting my account up on that system and none of my channels followed me (my account) ... and so we tried setting it up with my Ultra system and I'm STILL not being recognized along with my channels.

Does this mean that my Roku account does not following you when you move? How do I get my channels and my Roku life back?

Depends on if that location is in a new country. If so, then yes you're going to have issues. The Roku must be used in the country the Roku user account is assigned to, and many channels have geographical location restrictions.

Another possibility is that you are not linked to the same Roku account you had before.  Does Settings > System > About list the same email address your account had previously?
