Netflix

I just set up my roku ultra. When I went to sign into netflix it keeps showing this code: ui-800-3. I have googled it and it says to delete the app and read it back on. I have tired that. It also says to unplugg it and wait and then try it again. I also tried that and that didn't work. I even went into the more detail and hit reset netflix. And again that didn't work. And the last thing I tried was unplug my internet and the roku and plugged them back in and guess what..... that didn't work either. Please help. Everything else works but netflixs
