Netflix will not load

I can watch Netflix on other devices but it will not load on Roku and it has been over a week! Keeps saying Netflix has connectivity issues but I can watch on my phone and other TV that has a direct link.

Your Netflix installation may have become corrupted.

Have you tried reinstalling the channel?

  • Remove the channel.  Highlight it in the channel grid, press * on your remote, click on Remove channel.
  • Restart your Roku to clear its memory. (Important step, don't skip.). Settings > System > System reset
  • Reinstall channel from Streaming channels on Roku home screen.  Channel will be added to end of your channel grid.
  • If channel requires a login, you'll have to log in again.

Thanks for the post.

In addition to what @makaiguy mentioned, can you please provide the following information:
-Roku device model
-serial number
-device ID
-software OS/version
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)

With more information we will be able to assist you further.
