Netflix ui-800-3--Netflix chat agent only copied and pasted their help page.

Yup, can't get Netflix to load. I'm getting the subject error code, with no following numbers. Netflix help was less that useless.

I had already tried the steps on their help page, to the gal that, and all she did was copy/paste the page to the chat window.

Any ideas?

Does the issue only occur on Netflix or across other channels installed on your Roku device?

If you haven't tried yet, you can remove the affected channel then re-install it. To ensure the process is successful, make sure to restart your device before adding the channel back in. We would recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings System System restart Restart.

It's only happening to Netflix.

I'll give removing NF a try.

I do wonder if a streaming stick going bad might be it.
