I have a ROKU Premier and whenever I stream content it will work for a couple of minutes then go to whitewash or disconnect. This device has worked with no problem for about a year plus. I have two other devices that work fine. All of the updates have been completed and I have unplugged and plugged back in all the wires. Please help as this is very frustrating.

Does this issue occur when you watch any other channels or does this only occur when watching Netflix? How are you powering the device? Is the Roku device plugged into the TV USB port or is it plugged into the wall outlet with the provided cables and adapter?
