Netflix “ sorry can’t play this title right now “

My netflix is starting up with no issue , but i got a new 65 inch TCL roku tv and now everytime i click to play a movie it says “ Sorry cant play title right now. Please try again later “ with the code “ tvq-pb-101 “. The thing is my whole house uses the same netflix account and all have Roku tv and netflix works just fine on every other tv but my new tv. I reset the whole tv, the internet and even connected the ethernet cord. I even made a new netflix account and its still saying the same thing every time i click on a title. Please help if anybody knows how to fix this
