Netflix not working.


I received a brand new Roku Streaming Stick+ yesterday. Set up perfect. 

All apps work including NOW TV but when I go onto Netflix app, it says can't play title. Constantly on any programme.

When I go to children's profile they play perfectly.

When I spoke to Netflix they were baffled by this and sent the investigation higher up.  Anyone else had this problem and if so how did you resolve it. The stick was an expensive piece of kit Smiley Sad

Thanks for the post.

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.

Does this clear up the issue you are seeing? Please keep us posted what you find out.
