Netflix not working?

I go onto netflix and it says I cant get on. Error Code: ui-800-3

i have no idea what this means.

here is what I have tried

1. unplugging for 10 seconds

2. checking my wifi networks

I checked on my macbook and phone and netflix works so its not my account or wifi. Im confused and I don’t know who I’m supposed to contact. please help #netflix

For further assistance with that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact Netflix support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
