I have 3 Roku express devices in my home. Today, none of them will play Netflix. I have restarted my home network, reset the devices, removed and re-installed Netflix ..... all with no joy ..... network checks all come out OK.
Netflix on my laptop works fine.
I saw a post about an update to Roku yesterday?
Is anyone else having this issue?

Thanks for the posts.
We would recommend performing a system update on your device in order to update the Netflix Channel.
You can do this through: Settings > System > System Update

I'm getting the same .... It's working on my phone and on my smart TV ... But not via my Roku stick ( and it's the same issue for my partners Roku stick )

Same here, have tried all the usual troubleshooting steps. Working fine on phone and laptop, other apps working fine on Roku

Same here in UK for two Roku sticks, same error message....
Internet & wireless connection are working both fine
Netflix work in both iPhone and Chromebook app
When can the problem be fixed ?
I have contacted Netflix and have been told that they are aware of the issue and are working at it from their side.
Same here. I called netflix and its only affecting roku_3900EU. Netflix asked me to call Roku to find out why this model is having the problem and they are calking me back to find out Roku's response, but you cant call them...... No customer service number. Not good Roku....
Interesting .... that's exactly the device type having the issue. Gonna check the one I just bought recently as it was slightly different ..... might be a later model.
Same here, but only on one device in the house, not for the other two rokus I have.
Edit: my device is Roku Express 3900, family devices are Roku TV boxes

Sounds like it's a sit and wait until they get their act together. It threw me because it was still working on another device. I double checked and the box that is playing up is a Roku Express. The other device is a Roku Premier and it's working fine. (Slightly newer too)
