Recently bought a TCL 55R617 Roku TV and have had problems with Netflix since the first day. Sound cuts in and out and it constantly has to reload. I never had any problems with my Roku streaming stick but with the TV constant issues. I've tried all the basic troubleshoots, uninstall/reinstall app, reset/factory reset of TV and nothing works. All other apps seems to work just fine. Any ideas? Is this a widespread issue?
I have the same problem on my TCL Roku TV 49S403. It worked fine for a couple of months then the problem started. I read in another thread that an audio problem started after Roku updated their firmware to work w/ a new line of Roku TV Speakers. That sounds plausible to me.
