Netflix has blacked out frames that is kicking off my Roku 4

I'm not sure what's happening but in Aftermath on Netflix if you fast forward you find black clips that when the movie gets to that point kicks my Roku off. What is the issue, and why. I took pictures and can see it coming in the movie. I have to unplug my unit and reboot it. I am not sure if there are any otherm at this time since it just started doing this last night when I began to watch the movie. Anyone else having issues? Why does it think it needs to shutdown? Model 4400X.

Thanks for the note. 

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more. 

If the issue remains unresolved, I'd recommend reaching out to Netflix directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform are developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist. If other channels are working correctly, and you only experience this issue on the Netflix channel (app), that is likely an indication that the issue lies within that particular channel. In these cases, the channel provider will need to investigate the issue in order to help resolve it.
