While watching Netflix, my screen will go black but the sound is still there. The picture comes back but this happens repeatedly. I just end up exiting netflix and watching a different channel. Any suggestions?

Does this occur on all content titles in Netflix, or only specific titles? What is an example title that you have observed this issue on? Have you contacted Netflix support yet to report the issue and request additional assistance?
Give the following steps a try to see if this helps:
- Try replacing the HDMI cable used to connect your device to your TV.
- Try connecting your device to a different HDMI port on your TV.
- Try connecting the device to a different TV—does the same behavior occur?
- In Settings>System>Advanced system settings>Advanced display settings, make sure 'Auto-adjust display refresh rate' is disabled.
