I cancelled my Netflix on my roku 2 months ago as my subscription was ending. I didn’t realize until this past billing that not only did it not cancel but I was charged the most expensive billing. I did not even have the channel on my roku device. Is this a roku or Netflix issues? Thanks. Eric
If you subscribed to Netflix directly, you will need to reach out to their support for further assistance regarding billing. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
