The captions in the Netlix app are too small too read. I go into Roku settings to change the text size, and it makes the adjustment in other services like Hulu and Amazon Prime, but Netflix captions remain small. I also set subtitle preferences directly in my Netflix account on the web, but with no effect. Any suggestions?

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact Netflix support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
This is a Roku issue. I too have had this problem and ONLY on my Roku does this present an issue. My CC are fine on Web, Apple TV, Xbox and others. Netflix gives advice and it was followed but did not fix the issue.
Can’t you actually look into this problem rather than push it back on to your Roku customers? Otherwise I would recommend getting a DIFFERENT streaming box.
OK, I think I was able to fix it. To the 1st reply, I apologize. But at first attempt it appeared that the Roku response and Netflix response were like ping pong balls- going back on forth but no answer. Netflix has updated their information.
