Netflix appears black?

Everything is working except netflix. when I click it it appears black???????

There could be an issue with the app. Or, if you have a really old Roku device (2013 or earlier), it may no longer be supported. Which device do you have (to include model number)?

If it's a supported device (and it probably is), you may need to remove and reinstall the app. Do it this way:

  1. Remove the app
  2. Restart the Roku
  3. Reinstall the app

Those steps, in that order.
