is anyone having issues with the Netflix app since the last Roku update on 10/31? I can click on it but it loads to black and then no signal. All the other apps I have work fine.
same problem. i reboot the roku and can access, but need to repeatedly reboot. not a workaround i want to continually rely on. i'd go with something else (fire tv cube?) but i need the headphone jack. hoping for a real fix sometime.
I replaced my Roku Ultra I bought 2 years ago with a new one because of this issue. It still doesn't work. The advise I find online about unplugging, deleting and reinstalling Netflix did not work for me. I get Amazon, Hulu and other apps just fine. With Netflix I get the blue screen of death and all I can do is unplug and plug the Rok;u once again to get the home page.
Same issue. I need to reboot my Roku Ultra then I can open Netflix: once. If I close it and use Spectrum app or Amazon or anything else, Netflix will not open again (black screen) until a reboot. I removed it, rebooted, reinstalled, rebooted: no change.
