I'm in the exact same position. At one time it worked and now it doesn't. I've been on tech support with Netflix for an hour and they blame roku. Kinda convenient since you can't contact roku. It has to be the app for roku as Netflix on my TV works fine. On the roku all other apps are in 4k 2.2 I think it is. My roku is being speeds north of 66Mbps.
