Netflix My List error

So this started happening about a month ago. When in Netflix on my Roku, it reboots with an error reading..."Netflix has encountered an error. Retrying in 30 seconds. Code tvq-rnd-100. Then it gives me buttons for "Try Again", "More Details", & "Exit". Tried all options which have failed including uninstall/reinstall, refreshing my Roku, and loging in and out. This doesn't happen on my tablet, mobile device, or computer!20200623_175035.jpg

For more information about that channel's error codes and functionality, you'll want to contact Netflix support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

Thank you! Did all there options as well! None of them worked! Might try them again later to see!
