What settings are you trying to access?
Inside of the Netflix app there are very few settings you can adjust. If you use the navigation buttons on the Roku remote to get the left hand menu to appear there is a GET HELP menu item that will show a few items. But, if you want to adjust AUTOPLAY and AUTO PREVIEW settings you will need to login to your Netflix account from a web browser to get to more options.
