Any suggestions on how to fix the issues with Netflix and HBO Max(not as bad as Netflix)? Netflix always buffers, making it hard to watch anything. I’ve already uninstalled the channel and reinstalled it, twice.

Please be aware that buggering issues are typically caused from internet connectivity. Have you tried rebooting your wireless network to see if that helps what you are seeing?

We’ve been experiencing the same issue. All other apps work as intended besides HBO max.

Since the issue only occurs on HBO Max, we suggest removing the channel and then re-installing it. To ensure the process is successful, follow the steps below making sure you restart your Roku device before adding the channel again.
If you are still experiencing the issue from one channel after attempting the suggestions above, videos from other channels play fine, contact the channel provider's customer support team to report the issue and get help. Channels on Roku are maintained by the channel developer themselves. In this case, there's likely an issue within that specific channel that needs to be addressed with an update from the channel developer.
