I don't think I've ever seen anything like you describe. Can you provide more information? What does it look like -- partial screen overlay or full screen image? Does it include any links or icons to click to create a response? If this is something that occurs repeatedly, can you provide a screen shot? When do you see it, when you are watching any particular channel?

It seems to be a bug I had yesterday. I haven’t seen it today. When I was watching Prime and it was idle for maybe a minute?, it would pull a Netflix ad over the screen. It was terrible to get rid of - each time I ended up hitting the home button and going back into Prime from there. Haven’t seen it today.
