If the issue remains unresolved, I'd recommend reaching out to the channel provider directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform is developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist.
Yes, I did what Danny R suggested for the other problem (not remembering log in). I deleted the channel. Then reset system (on settings), then added the NHL channel again. And it worked. When selecting a feed to watch, I had to log in, but that is to be expected once.
Same issue as everyone else, I've restarted the Roku and added/ removed the app more times than I can count. Once it told me I had too many login attempts, the rest of the time it says there's no feeds available. I've been using this app for years, and while it's not perfect I've never experienced a situation where I literally can't watch the content I'm paying for. Can't be a hockey fan if you can't watch hockey, right? They're not doing themselves any favors here.
