I subscribe to NHL for Bruins games. When there is a game about to start, I go to NHL network, I am logged in because I see my user name, I go to my team (Bruins) the game about to be played is displayed. When I click on the game I get a message stating that there are no live feeds for the game. I have to log ot of my account and log in again in order to see the available feeds. I called the NHL support line, they said the problem had to be with ROKU. This happens on two of my three ROKUs (not sure about the third device) One is an external stick, the other is built in on an Insignia TV.
Thanks for the post.
Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more and authenticate the channel again.
Does this clear up the issue you are seeing? Please keep us posted.
Thanks,
Danny
