I ordered the Roku Express and it was easy to set up - and the Sunday Ticket now works great!! I had a Roku 2, which cannot be updated due to its age. It is no longer supported. It still works for some things, but NOT the Sunday Ticket!
Can you please provide us with the following information: -Roku device model -serial number -device ID -software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About) -what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button) -tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
Once we have this information we will be able pass it along to the appropriate team to look further into.
Please be aware that the Roku 2 XD is a much older device that is no longer supported. It's possible that the channel provider does not support your Roku device, thus resulting in the issue that you are experiencing.
However, we would be happy to see what we can do to help get you back up and running. I have passed along your information to our Support team. They will follow up and assist you.
Having the same issue with the streaming stick. Keeps asking to complete an update for the nfl Sunday ticket channel. I’ve, reset to factory, deleted the channel, added the channel and still asking for an update to the channel.
I have a new Roku television and I'm experiencing the same issue. I can't log into the app. Luckily, I can stream on my TV, but I purchased 3 Roku televisions to be able to stream content such as this on my larger television screens.
